The picturesque seaside harbor town of Littlehampton, on the eastern bank of the River Arun, plays host to this splendid Sussex Boat Jumble. The Boat Jumble is typically held early on in the summer season and draws in a small but faithful crowd. Well organised and friendly, this is one boat jumble not to be missed if you are in the area.

Directions To The Event
Littlehampton can be accessed via the A27, Crossbush roundabout. Head south on Lyminster Road (A284) towards the coast and pick up Beach Road after passing through Wick. If you miss Beach Road, don’t worry as it can be accessed from the east-west South Terrace Road (close to the pelican crossing, opposite the grassed beachside areas).

If you have a free morning or afternoon why not pop into Littlehampton Museum. It’s a 10-minute walk from the boat jumble location and has an exciting collection of Roman archeological remains, historical photographs, and maps. Entry is free, and there are sometimes art exhibitions from local artists. Also check out Littlehampton pier, overlooking the Arun inlet and views into the English Channel - also stroll along East Beach and see ‘The Long Bench’ project (parking at East Beach Car Park).
